Crew Parent Information

Hi,
This is Michelle Richards production assistant/box office Manager for She Kills Monsters.
Your child has been selected to help out with crew for She Kills Monsters and we are thankful for their time and help.
I have already had a parent meeting with the cast and I am not planning on having one for parents of crew. If you would like a parent packet please let me know and I can forward to you.

Fees/donations are: participation $50
Food Buyout $75 fee or you can bring in food for 30 people on one of the nights
DVD $15 (optional)
Gift for directors $10-$25( optional)
Fee of $50 if you do not plan on volunteering for show( we need help with set builds on Saturdays, ticket sales, food pick up/set up/clean up, concessions, errands for production team)

Parents and students: This is a long message, but includes some very important information regarding our trip to state.  Please read it all. Important information for State 2019 The schedule for all official state activities is on the Guidebook app.  Download it for free to see the schedule. Loading U-haul for State: After Wednesday's encore show, each character is responsible for loading their costumes into their garment bags and deliver them to Adriana. Make sure you wait until she has checked you off. Immediately after show on Wednesday, all Cast and Crew needs to load the U-haul. This will take about 1 hour. Please plan rides home accordingly. Rooms:   The six students who identify as male on the trip will be sharing a room/suite.  Each of the students who identify as female will be sharing a room with three other females.
